Dr. Emily Spaeth is the founder and CEO of Be Well Baby™, a virtual and home-visit practice dedicated to elevating peripartum healthcare and bridging gaps in prenatal, postpartum, and early infant care. A Doctor of Physical Therapy and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, Emily draws from her years of experience in the NICU, where she witnessed how early reflexes, positioning, and the very first latch shape infant development. Her work highlights the importance of stability and supportive positioning for fragile infants as the foundation for successful breastfeeding. Emily is passionate about bringing a holistic, family-centered perspective to neonatal care and loves sharing her expertise with professionals across disciplines to improve outcomes for babies and their families.
